Yehuda is interested in systems of things, how magic happens when the right connections are made and how businesses grow from ideas into manifest value-adding operations through human insight, inspiration and hard work. Yehuda’s background in urban planning and years of entrepreneurial activity synthesise to a focus on the big picture and getting it done. Yehuda wants to build businesses that have relevance to the markets they serve and to the ecosystem in which they operate.

Business Coordinator

After graduating in marketing management and having worked in the corporate world in both Cape Town and London, Jo started her own business and personal coaching practice in 2007. Joanna’s coaching work at The Clothing Bank, which supports unemployed mothers in starting and running their own micro businesses, led her to starting a branch of the NGO in Paarl, Western Cape. In her role as Business Coordinator at The Open Door Agency Jo combines her corporate experience with her passion for entrepreneurship to implement business strategy and support the greater ecosystem.

Entrepreneurship Programmes Manager

Since graduating with a management diploma in entrepreneurship, Bianca has worked in startups and consultancies supporting tech entrepreneurs with a focus on strategy, business development, research and project administration. Bianca is involved in the local tech ecosystem in projects such as the Silicon Cape Initiative, Technovation Challenge SA and Lean Startup Machine Cape Town. In her role as Entrepreneurship Programmes Manager, she works closely with a variety of entrepreneurs to connect them with the support services and network as well as manages The Open Door Agency’s Microsoft BizSpark Portfolio.
